Shipping Policy

Handmade, in-house. We make these books in-house by hand in Orange, CA 92867. We strive to ship orders within 1–3 business days—often sooner. During high-volume weeks, please allow an extra day as we finish and inspect each copy.

Processing & tracking. Orders are packed in the order received. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your label is created.

Delivery methods. Available shipping options and timeframes appear at checkout. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren’t guarantees, but we’ll always do our best to get your package moving as quickly as physically possible.

Pre-orders. If an item is marked Pre-order, the product page shows an estimated ship window. Your card is charged at checkout. If timing changes, we’ll email you; you can cancel any time before shipment for a full refund.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’re happy to reship to a corrected address for the cost of postage.

Damaged or wrong item. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@tracethelivingword.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

Lost or “delivered” but not received. Once a package is accepted and scanned by the carrier, it’s in transit. Check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local carrier office with the tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help investigate.

Refused Delivery. Refused delivery of shipments from Trace the Living Word will result in a deduction of the original shipping amount from the credit issued for the returned product.

International orders (when available). Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by the destination country and aren’t included at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery; please email us for a return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

Risk of loss. For U.S. orders, risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. For EU/UK consumer orders, risk passes upon delivery to you (or a person you designate). If anything is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.
